Transfer Fees:

FFL Transfer Fee: $40 per serialized item
TBI Background Check: $10 (required for all firearm transfers)
NFA Transfer Fee: $100 (for suppressors, SBRs, and other NFA items)

**DISCLAIMER FOR FIREARM TRANSFERS** All firearm transfers at The Range are subject to and conducted in compliance with federal and Tennessee state laws. The purchaser must meet the following conditions:

**Age Requirements:** The purchaser must be at least 18 years old for long guns and at least 21 years old for handguns.**Background Check:** All firearm purchasers must successfully complete a background check through the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) before the transfer can be completed. This applies even if the purchaser holds a valid handgun carry permit. **Prohibited Persons:** The transfer of firearms will not be completed for individuals prohibited from owning or possessing firearms under state or federal law, including but not limited to individuals convicted of a felony, those subject to a restraining order, or individuals deemed mentally unfit.**Waiting Period:** Tennessee does not require a waiting period for firearm transfers; however, all background checks must be completed and approved before the transfer is finalized. **Straw Purchases:** Straw purchases (purchasing a firearm on behalf of another person) are illegal. The purchaser must be the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm. By proceeding with this transaction, the purchaser acknowledges understanding of and compliance with all applicable laws and The Range’s policies regarding firearm transfers. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the transaction.
